yeah i know what you mean. I used to take xantax and valium as needed but then i started to become dependent on it, so that was no good. But i can identify with "the feeling" your talking about, its very uncomfortable..
my older brother did that. had to get his stomach pumped. i just remember having this totally killer stomach acid issues when i asccidentally took an ibuprofen without eating so... just be careful. oh okay, thanks, i wasn't sure if it was like peptobismol or whatever so.. biking's not for everyone, but that happens with me and my friend so i though i'd throw it out there. good luck tho.

hey... i dunno if it works or not but i wouldn't try it. just cuz you can really damage your stomach (in a really painful way, trust me) if you take things like aspirin/advil/ibuprofen/etc.. and i dunno what malox is.
